Application information
The careers form collects the selected vacancy, first and last name, phone number, email address, and a CV. Gender, country, state, city, and a message are optional and can be left blank. It accepts PDF, DOC, and DOCX files up to 5 MB. Submitted details and the uploaded file are retained by the website for the recruitment process.
Provide relevant qualifications, experience, and contact details. Do not include identity-document copies, banking credentials, medical details, religion, or other unnecessary sensitive information. If you identify a referee, make sure you are entitled to provide their details.
Purpose and recipients
Application information is used to consider your suitability and communicate about the role. Personnel handling recruitment and the hosting/website services supporting the application process may need access. A later stage requiring additional documents or checks should explain the purpose and recipients when that information is requested.
The public application form does not make an employment offer, guarantee an interview, or establish an automated hiring decision. It does not request a recruitment payment. Verify any unexpected request for money through the published business contact.
Withdrawal, correction, and retention
Email sales@arihantaircon.com with the subject “Recruitment privacy”, the role, and the email used to apply if you want to correct or withdraw an application or request deletion. Do not attach extra identity documents unless proportionate verification is requested.
Retention depends on the recruitment purpose, applicable obligations, and any dispute. There is no represented automatic CV-deletion deadline. Ask for the retention period applicable to your application. Considering you for unrelated future roles should be explained separately; submitting this form is not consent to unrelated advertising.
Safe submission and further information
Only upload your own authorised, malware-free document. A CV should contain the minimum information needed for the role. No online upload can be guaranteed secure. If you believe an application has been exposed or submitted without permission, contact the team with minimal identifying details.
The general Privacy Policy explains technical data, external services, applicable law, and privacy enquiries. Mandatory employment and privacy rights are not waived by applying.
