Access to information and services
The aim is to make service information and enquiry routes usable by people with different access needs. The policy pages use structured headings, readable layouts, keyboard-accessible links, visible focus, and English/Arabic reading directions.
Indian accessibility obligations apply according to their scope. The notified ICT accessibility framework includes IS 17802 (Part 1):2021 and IS 17802 (Part 2):2022. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is also a reference for improvements. This statement is not a certification or a claim that every page, document, or third-party component has passed an independent accessibility audit or meets every criterion.
Features and possible barriers
Use your browser’s zoom and text-size controls. Policy content remains available without a script, and each policy offers a print option where JavaScript is enabled. English and Arabic versions are available through the site language selector.
Older pages, downloadable PDFs/brochures, maps, third-party services, and some legacy forms may have accessibility limitations. External services have their own accessibility arrangements.
Request an alternative or report a barrier
Email sales@arihantaircon.com with the page or document, the information you need, the barrier encountered, and a preferred reply format. Browser or assistive-technology details may help but are optional. A medical diagnosis or proof of disability is not needed to report a website problem.
If a form is unusable, contact the team directly by email to make the enquiry or request another application route. Ask for an accessible alternative to a document; availability and timing can be discussed for the specific material.
Feedback and review
Accessibility feedback should inform future content and interface changes. If an access request remains unresolved, use the Complaints & Grievance Policy. Statutory rights under applicable disability and consumer law remain unaffected.
