Service, Delivery & Installation Policy

How site assessment, quotations, scheduling, equipment delivery, variations, and handover should be agreed.

Last reviewed

From enquiry to agreed scope

Arihant’s services are project-specific. The required site survey, heat-load/design assessment, equipment selection, supply, installation, commissioning, or maintenance work must be identified in the accepted quotation. The website is an enquiry platform and does not provide a standard online shipping checkout.

Before acceptance, confirm the contracting entity, customer/site, equipment model and quantity, inclusions and exclusions, taxes, payment stages, validity period, and proposed programme. A preliminary estimate may need revision after site assessment; changes should be agreed before additional work.

Scheduling and equipment delivery

Site appointments and delivery dates require confirmation. Equipment availability, manufacturer lead times, access restrictions, permits, and site readiness can affect the programme. No universal dispatch time, free-delivery area, or guaranteed completion date is promised by this website.

The quotation or work order should identify transport, unloading, storage, lifting, transit insurance, responsibility for damage, and the point of delivery/acceptance. Record visible delivery damage or missing items promptly; do not put unsafe equipment into service.

Site access and responsibilities

  • Confirm authorised access, working hours, power/water availability, and an on-site point of contact.
  • Identify who is responsible for civil work, electrical supply and earthing, supports, drainage, permissions, and any specialist lifting or access equipment.
  • Disclose known hazards and building restrictions before work begins. Hazardous work requires qualified personnel and appropriate site procedures.
  • Agree any shutdowns, occupant protection, waste removal, and reinstatement responsibilities in advance.

Variations, commissioning, and handover

Changes in capacity, routing, equipment, quantities, or site conditions should be recorded with the resulting price and programme effects. Verbal requests should be confirmed in writing. Completion checks, commissioning records, manuals, warranty documents, and training are included to the extent agreed in the scope.

Report incomplete work, damage, or performance concerns with the quotation reference and relevant evidence. A handover acknowledgement does not remove statutory remedies for defects or deficient service.
